What is Cloverfield?

Of course there are rumors flying every which way on this movie but here’s a theory to chew on:
The Cloverfield “monster” is … Voltron !!!!!!!!!
Many of you may know that there is a live action Voltron movie in the works.
Could this be it?

I just found this clip of the actual Cloverfield monster.

I did find this one though: a slo-mo of the actual monster from the trailer… Unless Voltron walks in 4 (or more) legs and is made of flesh, then I’m sorry to break your heart but that’s not him.

Perhaps this is the one Voltron defends us from?
