A new 75 story tower by starchitect Jean Nouvel will be coming up in midtown near MoMA. The lot, previously owned by the museum itself, was sold to a real estate developer a few years ago. The new tower will host a hotel, luxury apartment and three floors that MoMA will use to expand future galleries.
