Why would you build a house that resembles a toilet? Resale value? Perhaps not, but if you’re a South Korean politician called Sim Jae-Duck – and are the chairman of the organizing committee of the World Toilet Association General Assembly – you might just call this home.
The place is available for rent for uhmm, $50,000.00 a day ( I hope that’s South Korean Wons…) which go to fund his initiatives with the WTA for improving sanitation in developing countries.
The 420 sq.mt. house contains two bedrooms, two guest rooms and of course, three luxury w.c.’s.
